SYNOPSIS: Center Players is host to the @CT! Theatre Company's Musical Revue of the classic American Broadway Musical, West Side Story. Enjoy the Bernstein and Sondheim tunes once more through this fresh and unique show.

     MEET THE CAST

Dan Davidson (Performer and Director) A founding member of @CT! Theater Company, Dan is pleased to be back on stage reprising this role in the Songs of West Side Story, a project which he conceived and developed as a cabaret/concert style version of the classical Broadway musical. Dan has been involved in numerous community theater productions both onstage and behind the scenes. Many thanks to the cast and crew for their hard work and dedication to this production.

Ellen Klein (Performer) Ellen is a founding member of the @CT! Theater Company and is delighted to be making her debut at the Center Playhouse. Past performances include A Room with a Revue, Makin' Whoopee, Broadway Memoirs, Carole King's Tapestry, Broadway Hits & Misses, That's Entertainment and Glinda in The Wizard of Oz.

Elena LaTerra (Performer)
Proud mother of four beautiful boys, Elena has been actively performing in the Monmouth County area since 1992. Her credits include Taming of the Shrew (Kate), Beyond Therapy (Dr. Charoletter Wallace), Lend Me a Tenor (Maria), and The Pajama Game (Gladys). Elena has appeared in numerous musical revues and cabaret productions, including Music of the Night (Brookdale Theatre), Room with a Revue (@CT! Pete Rodrigo (Performer)
Pete is a singer, songwriter, producer, and composer. Born in the country of Sri Lanka, into a family of musicians, Pete has performed with his dad, Desmond, at numerous shows and concerts. Pete enjoys writing, singing, and composing music, and has performed on television, radio, and cable. He has also performed in many countries, bars, lounges, and comedy clubs across the globe. Pete is a 6-8 grade middle school math teacher.
Ray Ruiz (Performer)
Ray welcomes the opportunity to do The Songs of West Side Story again the @CT! Theater Company. Ray is currently in a seven piece band called Sunset Boulevard (www.sunsetblvdband.com), and he also sings and arranges for a vocal group called Echos. Ray is a board member of the Mighty Oak Players of Monroe Township, and has performed and directed in many of their showcases. To the cast of The Songs of West Side Story, "just play it cool...real cool."

Beth Wein (Performer and Choreographer)
Beth is happy to be back at Center Playhouse, this time ON stage, after stage-managing Jitters this past June. She has been involved in most aspects of theater for over 30 years, including choreography and producing. Some favorite roles are Lilly St. Regis in Annie, Roxie Hart in Chicago and Vera in Steppin' Out. Beth is a founding member of @CT! Theater Company.
Susan Miller (Choreographer)
Founding member of @CT!, Susan is an actress and choreographer and has performed with the Dror Dance Troop at Carnegie Hall, was the Housekeeper in Man of La Mancha, Chastity in Anything Goes, Dream Laurey in Oklahoma, featured Russian Dancer in Fiddler on the Roof, Maid in Annie, Queen in Snow White, Tiger Lily in Peter Pan, and Tessy Tura in Gypsy. She has choreographed You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, Gypsy, Music Man, The King & I, Oklahoma, The Wizard of Oz, Annie, and Fiddler on the Roof. Susan choreographs for the Marlboro Township Recreation Musical Theater and Summer Camp, as well as for Stars on Stage.

Irwin Hahn (Incidental Staging)
Irwin most recently directed Jitters at The Center Playhouse. He is a founding member of @CT! Theater Company. Irwin would like to thank Dan, Sue, Beth, Ellen, Elena, Ray, Peter, Lorry, Mike, Fred, Ross, and Ron for the hard work and dedication they have put into Songs of West Side Story. He would also like to thank The Center Players, their Board of Directors, and their hardworking staff, for helping make this production possible
